Constituent Services

My top priority as your Town Councilor is Constituent Services. Constituent services to me, does not just mean answering phone calls and emails. It requires being accessible in a number of ways, including community outreach. Below you will see ways you are able to get in touch with me, follow my programming and give your feedback, comments or ideas.

Office Hours

Every Monday from 5:00PM - 7:00PM Councilor Egan will be hosting office hours at Town Hall. Residents can feel free to use this time to speak with Ryan in person, about their concerns, questions or ideas. Each session will be 15 minutes long. To register for a session, please click on the "Register" button below.

Facebook Live Town Council Meetings

Randolph was the first in the state to broadcast our Town Council Meetings on Facebook Live. Councilor Egan campaigned on this issue in 2017 and we started live-streaming right after he won. Councilor Egan is committed to transparency and openness in our town government and will make sure we live stream all of the meetings that we are allowed to under the law. If you would like to watch a past video or see the upcoming Town Council meeting schedule click on the "Meetings" button below.

Monthly Clean Up Program

Councilor Egan works with the Randolph Board of Health to sponsor a monthly clean-up around town to free our streets of litter. Councilor Egan is committed to helping sustain, conserve and clean our environment. This program will be active soon. If you would like to get involved with this effort click the CLEAN button below!
